AI companies have the right to use your material to make their own shit as long as they're making their own shit if there are 100% copying your work like original characters you have rights to then you have the right to sue and complain you can't own an art style you can only own your original images and characters if a character looks similar but is different enough you don't really have a case your penguin designs could be protected as a trademark cuz it's something your brand is known for but even then that stretching it it might not hold up
