The market price of CGI animators just went down. Time to learn a new skill. On the plus side, if you're a CGI artist who also likes to write stories and create original characters you now have a cheap path to building your own animated worlds which you can monetize. Big production companies have lost their way. Their productions are repetitive, recycled, and bland. I'd rather pay streaming subscriptions to a consortium of independent artists who use AI to create compelling stories than waste money on Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Max, Disney, etc with about only 10% watchable content.
