The talk about simulation didn’t answer the question of who created it. I believe WE created the simulation, a group consciousness of a 3D reality that our souls/spirit etc could inhabit in order to learn from. Without a body how could you experience the wind in your hair, the taste of ice-cream and the million other small things that our human bodies (containers) allow us to experience. I don’t believe there is any need to fear the simulation the key is to understand that this is an experiment designed, run and experienced by us. Even if this simulation ends through super AI, the sun exploding and a whole host of other things WE do not die we just spin up a new simulation to experience. So rather than feeling hopeless I hope everything takes some comfort in the knowledge that what really makes us who we are (our consciousness) never dies - we are eternal. Don’t live in the fear of what may happen, live in the small moments of joy and try to create more. The reason meditation and spirituality is important is because it helps you to realise that you are but a small part of the whole. Take some shrooms it will help you get to that realisation faster.
