Jusnaturalism is the ethical philosofy to rights that make sense "the only one" acording to that if a robot reach the stage of consciousness then became a individual and a individual have rights conciveid by nature like the property right, if a robot is self aware and ants to survive he will defend himself of a agressor, well if he can t control his body his property this is another philosofical question, but one of the jusnaturalistic rights is the right to find happiness that means that the owner of a robot should not break that right if does it s no longer the owner
