Why are you whining about this report? You find one point you disagree with (why does the government think that delivery jobs in particular are in danger? Did you investigate?) and then appear to bash the whole report. The report as you presented it is clearly correct: automated trucking is almost certainly inevitable because of cost efficiencies and safety. Similarly with automated taxi services. The number of highly publicized incidents continues to decrease over time, and there were never that many in the first place.
The government recommending job training for displaced workers isn't exactly the sign of a heartless, unthinking administration. But it's just a recommendation - it's up to Congress to make it happen. If it doesn't happen, get mad at Congress, not the report!
