All those 'crystal ball' predictions are plausible, automation is here to stay, whether we like it or not. Presumably future generations will be more accepting of it anyway.
Personally, I think it would be nice for humans not having to work much, maybe only couple days/week. Robots can become our workers in 70 - 80% industries, so we can chill the hell out.
