Wouldn't AI be possible by recreating the mechanism of our bodyparts? Like eyes that are sensitive to light and color. Or the brain, that can send responses to the body, like pain, or formulate own ideas based on the experience.
I'm not trying to say "Duh, we can create AI" But isn't it possible?
