More 3D printing & recycling of plastics in homes & businesses is also viable. The underlying rules can be changed. As for creating jobs there are many problems humanity needs to solve, but is not able to monetize & therefore create jobs. People need to focus on breaking such issues into smaller solvable problems so that teams can do work on them.
