HBP will help find out a view very interesting new aspects of this. Of cause it wont rly solve the body-mind problem, as even perfect simulation can't answer questions about non measurable things like souls/ conscousness/ purpose, but it may give us a hint why we feel like these concepts may be viable (or it may find out that some of these non measurable things are actually measurable and recreatable for AI).
