If all cars become self driving then the cars can instead communicate and find out a solution with minimal harm done.The success of self driving cars can truly be seen when all cars are self driving and capable of communicating IMO.If there is a motorcyclist on the other lane then the car should probably take the harm itself because a self driving car would anyday have better safety features than a motorcycle.
