a brain is made of atoms and matter, it's not some magical thing... so technically we could be able to build a brain, although we don't have the technology yet.. but maybe hundreds or thousands of years ahead, if so we would also be able to build a brain that is like 10 times bigger than a human brain and that would technically be a "robot" since it was built and not "born" ... just crazy to think about :P
