I'm currently at a much bigger company. Bigger companies just take a lot longer to adopt new tech. I can see the rot coming (I know they're reporting on our AI use), but I'm hoping the AI bubble will crash before they start issuing mandates.
Honestly, I don't know. I like having AI tools to ask questions. It's nice for menial tasks like "create 48 PRs in GitHub to fix this one line of code in all of our repos". But having it write most of your code is actually psychotic I think
