I guess a silver lining for me, about to be 40, is job security. Between more kids being illiterate these days, losing the "knack" regarding tech, and now diving into AI companionship, I kind of don't worry about the younger generation taking my job.
Do I want them to take my job? Yeah, absolutely. I want the younger generation to be educated and able to succeed, but if they don't, more opportunity for me. Bittersweet ordeal.
