I think MS was like this 10 years ago. My manager, my skip, two principal SDE and one senior have all been on the team for 15+ years. They actually do not leave. We are a core team in Azure, with projects for OpenAI coming this year. Somehow we can keep a good wlb and great team vibe. Helpful coworkers, supportive managers, easy oncalls to handle. I wish we don't layoff all these wonderful people.
