Most AI is the same shit as ask jeeves from 20+ years ago.  Data regurgitators with superfluous filler language.  The goal is to make people stupid.  They want AI to become the source of all answers, then they can create a whole fake reality from there.  They'll tell us what the data is so that we never read the sources. I think that's why there's such a race to build the best one.  Whoever gets biggest the fastest can dictate truth.
