I have colleagues at various frontier AI Labs and without disclosing any sensitive details, I can tell you, that the publicly available Models and the internal Models, since the end of 2024, are usually 1 generation apart. So there would be no way, the Pentagon would have a Model, that is 2 levels ahead the internal Model ;-)
