Fair warning for anyone who does deep work, long chats, big context, inputting/outputting long complex documents: The Claude usage limits are abysmal compared to ChatGPT. I still made the switch, but I have to completely rethink how I interact with the service. I'm hitting usage limits on the Pro ($20/mo) plan within an hour or two...then have to wait another 3-4 hours before I can use it again. There are pointers for how to avoid this, but it's a lot to manage. I will still do it because fuck OpenAI....but man it's been a painful switch. The only thing keeping me going is that Claude's output quality, even on the free tier, is so much better than ChatGPT.
