Okay here is an idea.
I think that these systems should raises flags against people. But that's it, police have access to some database of people with "chatgpt warning" or whatever, but the specifics of these warnings are not made aware to police until a judge allows for them to be opened.
I want this sort of information accessible to investigators, rather i want them to know it exists. I just don't want them to have it at their fingertips.
