Yup, everyone is focused on deepfake nudes being mistaken as real when the bigger issue is that this represents the death of photography and video as a medium for documenting reality.
Video evidence is no longer proof, CCTV can now be faked into anything. The infamous Shaggy Defense is now more viable than ever because anything recorded is now deniable.
On the good side it means any leaked nudes of you real or not can simply be denied and people will be likely to believe you. On the bad side it means bad actors can now get away with so much more as you might as well be painting their crime in court.
