Raw LLM Responses

I wouldn't really call any of those people "tech heavyweights". They're executives, arguably salesmen and politicians. Nobody with any technical acumen actually believes those claims. Nor even probably do the salesmen making them (most salesmen lie with full awareness). Calling a codebase AI generated is as meaningless as calling it finger generated or keyboard generated. AI may prompt a significant portion of the code I write, but it's still written by me. I only accept the AI's suggestion if it's what I already had in my head planned to type. It's a time saver, not a replacement for a competent SWE. Because writing lines of code is not a SWE's purpose.
