The sharper the tool, the greater the capacity for both benefit and harm. I think what is needed re: AI is better information and informed consent, so people understand those risks before using it. Everyone knows a kitchen knife can harm if misused and I would assume most people use caution when handling them (same with vehicles, fire, etc.). But that isn't reason not to have them available.
