Short term profits dont care, theres enough 4th year associates. Let the suckers do the 1-3 year thing. In reality what is going to happen is that the 1-3 associate experience is going to be put back into schooling, so the standard just got raised again. Hopefully schooling costs go down with AI tutors and such, but i highly doubt considering how much universities depend on the extremely expensive tuition.
