There will still be jr positions, just far fewer. We will have a glute in many professions in the next 5-10 years before things normalize and people refocus into the new industries AI and robotics will generate. The bigger issues are less finding jobs for the educated but the near total elimination of low level unskilled labor. That's going to be a much bigger challenge to overcome.
