It's diminishing returns. Even at 98%, or 99%, it's not really good enough. Also factor in if you have agents working together, you are replicating the "mythical man-month" problem of adding enormous amounts of communication overhead where even more mistakes are made. Endless work in a few years to fix all this stuff.
