OP, there’s a related problem across Reddit of people who are overly skeptical of ChatGPT and other LLMs. I frequently run across people who assume that because of hallucinations LLMs are 100% unreliable, with no consideration for the fact that there are good and bad uses of LLMs nor the rapid pace of improvements in the technology. This subset almost represents the opposite of what you describe. They are in denial about both how far reaching this technology is and how ubiquitous it will become as a tool, when used properly.
