It is worth noting that, literal AI scientists don't fully know how LLMs do what they do.
Like, yes, they just "predict the next word", but they show emergent abilities at certain sizes that there is activate debate about HTH they are able to do it.
Things like "Summarizing large blocks of text". That is something a large model can suddenly do, and they are not clear on WHY/HOW it can.
