Maybe I’m horribly wrong but I’m not worried about my career in civil engineering yet.
There are soooo many factors to consider on an average project that it would take a trained and educated professional just to identify and properly provide contextual input to an AI program as a full time job. And an experienced professional to spot any mistakes, which could cost human lives. At that point why bother replacing them?
