My Company: AI is the future, automate, automate, automate! AI! AI! Me Using Copilot on my Laptop to make my life easer: \*Copilot gets removed from my company and anybody who wants to dare use it needs VP Approval.\* I want to reiterate the point of using it to make "my" life easier and not my company's. The dumbest thing anybody can ever do is use AI to automate things that they do--tell the company that it has been automated, and "celebrate" this achievement. This is what companies ultimately want--they want you to automate yourself out of a job. You keep doing this more and more over time, and you're ultimately no longer needed. My own boss even once showed us statistics of how a company made chat-bot solved over 90% Help Desk questions or whatever it was--his own words, "I wouldn't even need those Help Desk jobs anymore". Unless people wake up, this is where the world is headed--to get you unemployed. When I'm using AI at work, I'm using it for ME and to make MY work easier. I'm also telling nobody that I'm using it. I can't be the only one who doesn't see all of this right?
