Ai tooling might replace off shoring before it replaces American workers. I’d much prefer working with ai than someone 12 hours time zone difference and the results are better. The ai gets the prompt correctly more quickly and with less details than not and that is rapidly improving. I feel like the story repeats itself. We replace one black box with a smarter black box powered by AI but you still have to plumb it up. And as that gets more complicated the real innovation and value add is knowing the system and know where the inefficiencies are. Is there a black box that you can do without? And what happens if you get rid of it. Can you consolidate two or three processes to one that’s faster and cheaper?
