This is exactly my opinion, AI should be used as a TOOL to assist with research, knowledge, understanding etc. You should never be relying completely on the output from a language model as they are often innaccurate or hallicinate like you said
Its the difference between asking chatgpt to write you an essay rather than asking chatgpt background questions on topics of the essay to help you write a better one than you could have on your own
