For me scarcity is the key here.
I've waited 12h this weekend at an hospital just so my kid could get some antibiotics. It took 4 minutes of diagnostic for the only doctor on site to give us a prescription for it.
I don't care if the price stay the same. I live in Canada which is not that bad of a place to live.
The biggest improvement AI can bring us is access.
