I don't want to sound too boring but the nodes come from the user's prompt. The LLM malfunctioned and started repeating it with slight variations. Which isn't too uncommon failure mode in itself. That's basically all there is to that particular glitch, the model keeps repeating stuff and occasionally mixing in things from the context, including user's prompts.
