I don't see that as a problem. We cannot rely on automated responses for now and the message is being conveyed. We still need to own responsibility for the content we generate, placing it in an automated system isn't very wise. Perhaps when we figure out a way to help people with queries while ensuring the information pumped out is 100% accurate, but we're not there yet.
