You guys have to understand that the AI is extremely sensitive to your phrasing and prior interactions. I just asked it to draft a lawsuit for X, Y, and Z situation and it did it, no problem. There are plenty of times where it will refuse to do something but if I just reset it, or ask it in a different way, it will do it just fine. Everyone keeps overreacting to these things like there is a malevolent actor hell bent on screwing them over. Sometimes it's just a little hiccup if the bells and whistles fall in the wrong spot. Just be a little discerning for once and relax.
