I am 100% certain that the small governments in Africa are run 100% transparently and their government officials are not going to drive out the back with a brand new ferrari and then do everything in their power to hold onto that endless flow of cash even if it means destroying their country or killing their people. All while the oil companies line their pockets and look the other way. There is no way this would ever happen, definitely no way that is possible. I don't even know why you would think that. No way that could ever happen, not a chance.
