Currently doing this for a fortune 500 company. And so are my colleagues. We're all kinda in on it. We basically do 8hrs worth of work in 2hrs, but we spread it out kinda evenly so we don't get caught. If we were to automate or cheat for 8 hours.... we'd have done 4 days worth of work in a day. Sometimes towards end of shift I have like 40% of my work load still due and only 30 mins left. I go hard for 30 mins and poof. I worked a solid day and definitely didn't Netflix or game until the last 30 mins of the shift.
