The “pollution per capita” bit people are using to deflect any blame on china is bullshit. If i started my own country on an island and polluted a bunch, my country would be worse per capita than china... but guess which country would be making a bigger impact destroying the world? China.
The bucks stops with them. They need to clean their shit up make up for it by charging a little more. Set standards worldwide so they cant just move factories.
