That's what worries me, that people will think this is over and never think of it again. It isn't over. Trump got nearly 50% of the national vote - this isn't America realising it done fucked up, the conditions that allowed Trump into power still exist. We may not get Trump back into power, at least, I really hope not. But, the ideological conflict in America and other Western Countries is still going strong and needs to be addressed. We'll see more Trumps, or worse. For now at least, we can at least breathe a collective sigh of relief at our temporary respite.
