I got with a lot of kiddos ... middle school age ... and I can attest to this fact! So my goal as their counselor is to reality check their negative situations to help them see a different POV and/or see positives over negatives ... at this age kids truly feel they cannot control their thoughts! It’s a true joy to work with middle school kiddos!!!!
