Even if we ban facial recognition, it's not really going to stop organizations like the NSA from using, and it damn sure isn't going to stop other countries like China. They don't need Google and Amazon to implement it for them either, China's tech sector is rapidly catching up to Silicon Valley on AI technologies and may even be ahead in some areas
