I live near tempe where these are all over and I've never noticed that. they drive better than most motorists. most human drivers are either aggressive about going fast and trying to stay in front, or passive aggressive about going slow trying not to let anyone else pass. The self driving cars are not overly aggressive or conservative, they're just like normal but ego-less drivers to me. at least they're predictable.
