I suppose I was a bit off, I wanted to say a fraction of the pollution makes it down here. But didn't want to understate.
Regardless, I live on the top floor of a highrise and at night if I shine a flashlight off my balcony I can see entirely visible particulates floating in the air, almost like snow.
