I have a friend that used to work for Samsung there. He ended up moving to the US because he was so stressed all the time. He never felt like he had any time because you want to stay past when the boss leaves. He only decided to get out of the country and work elsewhere after he attempted suicide. It’s really said that a country that is part of the modern world still has wild hours like that. I know they say that they’re changing the work week to 52 hrs but I’m sure people will still be “encouraged” to work longer.
