Yes, a human driver might have identified the reckless driver in advance. But that isn't an argument against self driving, it just means everyone needs to be in a self driving car.
But I am just wondering if uber even has self driving car technology? Are these self driving cars really just volvo self driving cars that uber is borrowing?
Uber as a company is spending billions a year and they don't seem to have any assets. Making your own self driving car = asset you own. Borowing someone elses is just a stunt, it means uber has nothing.
