We'd been having quite severe droughts over the last decade or so but they have settled into beautifully rainy winters.
Now, imagine if the end result of global warming / climate change was redistribution of water? More water evaporates across the world but it does not escape. It needs to come down eventually.
What is the ice caps melt raising sea levels destroying the real estate of the richest and bringing more water inland. Is that inherently a bad thing?
