People who have had tons of exposure to philosophical argument - even those who identify as anti-realists about morality - don't behave differently than people who have not. - there are experiments where people are asked about their view on abortion, then asked their reasoning for their belief, won't change their position even when their reasoning is shown to be incorrect.
