This shouldn't be complicated: You can take pictures/videos of your significant other, but you do NOT have the right to show that to the entire world without their explicit permission. Very simple to understand.
Ask them, if they yes, post it. Otherwise don't. Also, just because photo laws permit you to take pictures of people and upload it doesn't count for photos of private parts. Big difference between faces vs sex organs.
