I'm so thankful to have been born in a country with a relatively stable government. Everything seems to be going up in flames. People in Ukraine want to break ties with Russia and join the EU. Or at least the western half of the country does. Now the cops are shooting at protestors while Putin wants them back as a sort of Soviet Block country. Venezuela is an extremely wealthy country that seems poor because all the oil money ends up in the pockets of government officials. People are having trouble getting basic needs like toilet paper and flour for reasons I don't fully understand. They call themselves socialist but are much more corrupt then anything else.
